Who we are
These terms govern the use of the service operated by the company named in the footer. By creating a page or paying a creator you agree to them.
What the service is
A platform where creators publish a page and supporters pay them. Payments are processed by a payment aggregator licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. We act as the creator's limited payment-collection agent and never hold supporter funds outside the aggregator's escrow.
Thanks, memberships and downloads
A thanks is a gratuitous payment (a tip) with no perks attached. Memberships and downloads are services supplied by the creator; the creator is responsible for delivering what the page describes.
Fees
We charge nothing on a thanks. Memberships and downloads carry 5% plus GST. Rate changes come with at least 60 days' notice, and existing memberships keep the rate they were created with.
Eligibility
Creators must be 18 or older, resident in India, with a PAN and a bank account in their name. Supporters must be 18 or older.
Payouts and holds
Settlements reach the creator's bank within two working days. We may hold a payout where fraud is suspected or a dispute is open, and we tell the creator why and for how long.
Content rules
Prohibited: sexually explicit content, gambling and real-money games, crypto assets, political or religious fundraising, charity fundraising, weapons, drugs, hate, harassment, impersonation, pirated goods and scams. Pages that break the rules are paused with a written reason and a 72-hour appeal path.
Changes and termination
Creators may close their page at any time and export their data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
